They were separated August 2007 due to the abuse. Last incident of abuse occurred in February, 2008, when he pushed her down and beat her up. Lots of previous abuse, some police reports in the past. Client states the most severe episode was when he shot her several years ago, narrowly missed her lung but went into her breast tissue, states she took care of the wound herself and it eventually healed but lead was found still there when she had a mammogram last year, states never reported to police as she feared for her life. A neighbor has reported an environmental problem and the Health Dept. sent B&R a letter to fix the problem. The neighbor built a fence in 6/07 cutting the client off from at least one acre of his property. The neighbor had given the client an abstract showing a 30 ft. easement and the client advised her not to build the fence or he would take legal action. The neighbor said that it was just a piece of paper and that she would build it regardless. An abstract company informed the client that the neighbor did have a legal easement but she could not build a fence cutting him off from his property, and sent a letter to her stating this.
