Pulaski County - Case No: 08E-3052405 - Contracts/Fraud - Client is seeking the return of title to her home.  Client was contacted by someone looking to purchase the air conditioner from her home.  The air conditioner was attached to client’s home, but the home was damaged by fire and uninhabitable.  Client claims that when she signed a document to have the air conditioner picked up and sold, the buyer transferred her signature to a Quit Claim deed for the home and procured a Warranty Deed showing client sold home to buyer.  Client adamantly denies having an agreement to sell the home and received no money from the sell.(I am interested)
