  • Baxter County – Case No: 08E-103060182 - Client wants divorce from husband.  The parties married in February, 2007 and separated in January, 2008.  There are no children of the marriage and a long history of severe domestic abuse. The last incident of abuse was 1-15-08.  It was severe. She has filed for an order of protection. There no joint debts or property together. (I am interested)

  • Benton County - Case No: 08E-106059922 - This 30 year old female wants a divorce from her spouse. They have no children together and she is not expecting any.  They separated due to physical abuse to her.  There were bruises all over her body.  She has an order of protection for two years.  (I am interested)

  • Benton County - Case No: 08E-103059854 - This 38 year old wants to divorce her abusive husband.  There are no kids, debts or property.    The last abuse was six months ago.  In January her husband came to her home and was pounding on doors and windows and she would not answer.  A neighbor called the police.  She has been advised regarding an order of protection.  She is not pregnant. (I am interested)

  • Carroll County - Case No: 08E-103060033 - This 30 year old female with three children ages 12, 9 and 5 wants a divorce from her spouse. They married April 21, 2006 in Carroll County.  She has no children with him.   There is a history of domestic abuse. They separated in January of 2008 because of his abuse.  There are no joint debts or property. (I am interested)

  • Faulkner County - Case No: 08E-3050058 -Divorce - Client is seeking divorce from her abusive spouse.  There are four children of the parties, with realty and personalty issues to adjudicate.   (I am interested) 

  • Faulkner County - Case No: 08E-3050232 - Wills & Estates - Client is seeking to modify her will.  Client would like to change the designated trustee in her revocable trust and would also like to modify the section related to her real estate. (I am interested)

  • Lawrence County - Case No: 08E-106060299 - Client seeks to divorce husband.  Date of marriage March, 2002.  The parties separated in June, 2006.  They have 2 children together, DOB:  2002 and 2003.  No other children are expected.  She has 3 children from prior relationship.  There is no property or marital debts to be divided.   She wants a divorce due to his treatment toward all the children.  A child support order has been entered.

  • Poinsett County - Case No: 07E-103059017 - Client wants to divorce spouse; the parties married in January, 2004, and separated in November, 2005. They do not have any children, property, or debts. Client believes he will consent if she can locate a good address for him. (I am interested)

  • Pulaski County Case No: 07E-3047896 – Contracts - Client is seeking the return of the money she paid a contractor for repair work on her roof.  Since the repair, the roof continues to leak.  The contractor has returned twice and charged the client for repairs that have not stopped the leaks. (I am interested)

  • Pulaski County Case No: 08E-4049825 - Judgment Enforcement - Client is seeking to enforce a court order that allows her to remove her personal property from a home she lived in.  Client was sued for Unlawful Detainer, but was ordered to be collect her belongings from the house.  Client is being prevented from removing her property by adverse party. (I am interested)

  • Pulaski County Case No: 07E-3048312 – Collections - Client received a Writ of Garnishment for a debt collection.  Client claims that the debt accrued should have been covered by Medicaid.  She was under the coverage of ARKids First and private insurance at the time that service was rendered. (I am interested)

  • Pulaski County Case No: 07E-3048462 – Collections -Client received a summons for collection of a debt that is for services rendered for his wife.  Client said that his wife was covered by Medicare at the time services were rendered. (I am interested)

  • Pulaski County Case No: 07E-3049709 – SSD- Client applied for and was denied social security benefits.  Client filed an appeal but no hearing date has been set.  Client has heart problems and has had two heart attacks.  He now has a stint in his heart. (I am interested)

  •  Searcy County - Case No: 08E-103059734 - This 27 year old female needs assistance with a divorce.  There are no children.  Her sole source of income is disability. (I am interested)

  • Washington County Case - No: 08E-103059328 - This 27 year old female needs to divorce her spouse who is currently in prison for a parole violation.  He was on probation for domestic assault against her while she was pregnant.  The last incident of abuse was June of 2006 when he hit her in the head and knocked her unconscious and she was hospitalized. There are no joint debts.  (I am interested)

  • White County - Case No: 08E-3050124 - Client is seeking representation in a claim against her.  She sold a car and the title was never transferred to the new owner, when the new owner was involved in an accident.  An insurance company has filed a subrogation suit against client.  Client was not driving the car and had no knowledge of its new owner’s driving.  Client needs assistance filing an appeal to the Department of Motor Vehicles. (I am interested)
