He needs treatment for a spot on his lung and he been having problems in his apartment complex. A guardianship is needed so he can get medical and psychological treatment. (I am interested)
  
  
• Case No. 07E-103055376 - Washington County- This client, age 24, wants to divorce her spouse because of domestic abuse. There are no children. The parties have been married since June 11, 2007 and they separated August 7, 2007 when he beat her up. He is still in jail. She has a four year old son. This is the second incident. The first incident was in July when he bit her son's ear and hit her. There are no joint debts or property. (I am interested)

• Case No: 07E-1030546883 - Stone County - This Marion county male needs to modify his Stone County decree of divorce to change custody. Natural mom is in agreement and the child has lived with him for over a year. (I am interested)
  
  
• Case No: 07E-103055207 - Cross County- This 51 year old female wants to divorce her spouse who she married in 2001 and separated from in 2003. She needs to divorce her spouse so that they will not use his income when they recertify her HUD apartment. She is has a blood condition that prevents her from working. (I am interested)
  
  
• Case No: 07E-101054935 - Washington County. This 28 year old female is a defendant in a Divorce action in Washington County. She married in 2003 and separated in November of 2006. The parties have two children and she has the kids. Spanish speaking preferred not required. (I am interested)

Natural dad has sued mom for a modification of transportation for visitation. She needs him to provide full transportation if possible because of her low income. • Case No: 07E-103054640 - Benton county This 35 year old female wants to divorce her spouse who she married in November of 2006 and separated from July 11, 2007. She has a good address on her spouse. There are no children. The last abuse was July 7, 2007. (I am interested)
  
  
• Case No: 07E-101052879 - Washington County This 43 year old needs guardianship of her granddaughter who she brought from Florida on May 11, 2007 with her mother's consent. The daughter will agree to the guardianship. (I am interested)
  
  
• Case No: 07E-106053999 - Independence County - This 30 year old female wants to divorce her spouse who she separated from on July 29, 2006. They have four children and she has all four children. There is an order of protection in effect until 2008. He was physically abusive. (I am interested)
  
  
• Case No: 07-E103054960 - Washington County - This 32 year old female needs a bankruptcy. She has about $60,000 in debt about $30,00 of that is medical. She has not been sued yet. She has completed her credit counseling. (I am interested)
