- Case No: 07E-3044921 ( Pulaski County) QDRO/Contempt of Divorce Order
Client is 64 years old and seeking to enforce his 1986 divorce decree. The client and his wife were divorced in 1986, when client was awarded the marital home. The client allowed his wife to stay in the home until their child turned 18 years old. Their son is now 28 years old and client’s ex-wife will not cooperate with selling the home. This case is possibly fee generating. (I

- Case No: 07E-3044462 / 07E-3044463 (Pulaski County) Contracts/Warranties -
Client needs assistance with seeking the return of her money. Client’s and daughter’s only income is from SSI. In October 2006, client entered into a rental car contract for her son. She reserved the rental car with her debit card. The car was found impounded in Dayton, OH. The charges were over $3,000.00. Client said that the bank authorized payments that were from the bank account with only SSI funds in it, which made the account go insufficient. This case is possibly fee generating.(I

- Case No: 07E-103053616 (Washington county) Client bought a car from Car Mart with a warranty. After numerous problems she sued Car-Mart in small claims because they failed to make good under the terms of the warranty. Car-Mart counterclaimed and now the case is in Circuit Court. She needs help getting her money back or getting satisfaction under the terms of the warranty. She has a mechanic who has examined the car and can testify. (I

- Case No: 07E-103053445 (Searcy County) This Searcy county gentleman needs help in obtaining a waiver of an overpayment that resulted when he had a warrant out for his arrest and Social Security received notice of it and though his benefits should be suspended. The warrant was later dismissed because he was not in violation of his parole. (I

- Case No: 07E-101052667 (Washington County) Client worked as a home health provider. He has been sued on his medical debt. He owes approximately $28,000 and needs a bankruptcy to protect his wages from garnishment. (I

- Case No: 07E-101050936 (Benton County) Client married her spouse on May 21, 1982 and separated July 7, 1999. Her husband has threatened to kill her in Feb. All her children are grown. She has a good address on her spouse. (I

- Case No: 07E-101051513 (Washington County) Client needs to file for bankruptcy. She was forced to quit her job in January of 2007 because of medical reasons. She owns her home. She was in a coma in January and owes about $85,000 in medical bills. She had no insurance from work because it was a small family owned business.
