  Homeownership/Real Property
  Client is seeking to quiet title to her land. In January 2007, client was conveyed a quitclaim deed. The deed purports to convey one city lot of land to client, for which she paid a $4,900.00 down payment. In April, client was approached by another party claiming to have received the property through a tax sale in 2004. (I am interested)

  Wrongful Termination
  Client filed an EEOC complaint against her employer regarding her termination. Client claims to have been wrongfully discharged on the basis of disability discrimination. This case is possibly fee generating. (I am interested)

  Torts
  Client needs representation in a torts claim that was filed against her by her sister. The client’s sister sued client for damages to their deceased mother’s estate. The client’s mother left a will, bequeathing her land, property and personal property to client, and she left nothing to client’s sister. Client has copy of the will. (I am interested)
