The Arkansas Pro Bono Partnership was established to expand the pool of volunteers to better meet the civil legal needs of low-income Arkansans. Without your volunteer efforts many more low-income Arkansans would not receive legal representation. Thank you for being here and considering the following cases.

  • Case No: 06E-103049292 - Benton County Female, 22 needs a will and an an advanced health care directive . She has a child born outside of marriage and paternity was never established. She has started chemotherapy and wants to make sure her child is provided for. (I am interested)

  • Case No: 06E-3042457 - Pulaski County - Wills & Estates - 71-year old client is home-bound and needs to draft a will. She has no property, only personal items. Needs an attorney who is willing to meet with client at client’s home. (I am interested)

  • Case No: 06E-3041626 - Pulaski County - Contracts -
    Client is seeking to enforce a contract to repair her home. She received a federal grant from HUD for over $20,000.00 for repairs. She refinanced against her home for another $20,000.00 and her home has yet to be repaired. There are several leaks from windows, and a lot of electrical problems. (I am interested)

  • Case No: 06E-103048843- Crittenden County - A Grandmother wants guardianship over her grandson. The grandson has lived with grandma since he was three weeks old. Natural father is incarcerated and natural mom is County Detention Center. Neither parent can care for the child. (I am interested)


  • Case No: 06E-3042056 - Pulaski County - Divorce - Client needs representation in a divorce. Client’s husband filed and client filed a timely response, pro se. There are 2 children of the parties, but there is no personal property to divide. (I am interested)

  • Case No: 06E-3041942 - Pulaski County - Divorce
    Client needs assistance obtaining a divorce from her husband. Client’s husband has been sentenced to serve 25 years. There are 3 minor children of the parties. There is no real property, but there is debt to divide. (I am interested)

  • Case No: 06E-3042282 - Pulaski County - Divorce
    Client needs representation in a divorce. Client’s husband filed for divorce on 10/20/2006. Client filed a timely pro se answer. There is one child of the marriage, but there is no realt or personal property. (I am interested)


  • Case No: 06E-101048759 - Benton County - Mom of three needs a divorce from her husband of four years. Husband is in jail. (I am interested)

  • Case No: 06E-103046575 - Boone County - Client, age 65, needs a divorce from her husband of 17 years. There are no children, property or debts. They have been separated 18 months. (I am interested)

  • Case No: 06E-103048372 - Carroll County - Client, age 79, needs divorce from his wife. They married in 1996 and separated in 2000. (I am interested)

  • Case No: 06E-103048892 - Jackson County - Client needs a divorce from her abusive husband. The last abuse was in August. She has an order of protection. There are no joint debts or property. She has children, but they are not of the marriage. (I am interested)

  • Case No: 06E-101048708 - Benton County - Client needs a divorce from her abusive husband. They married in 2002. There are no children of the marriage. They separated on November 23, 2006. The last abuse was the day before Thanksgiving. (I am interested)

  • Case No: 07E-101049346 - Craighead County - Client needs a divorce from her husband who she married in January of 2006. She has cancer and there is no property to distribute. She recently discovered her husband may be a registered sex offender. There are no children born of the marriage. (I am interested)

  • Case No: 06E-101048349 - A Baxter County - Client gave power of attorney to other party. The POA took the client's truck. The client made a police report, but he also needs to pursue his former POA civilly. (I am interested)


  • Case No: 06E-103048932 - Greene County - Client, age 71, wants to file a small estate for his sister who passed away. There is a small home and he will take over the payments. There are no children. There is one other brother who is in agreement with client's plans. Client needs a probate action to get information on the home. (I am interested)
