  • Case No: 07E-103058750 - Benton County - Client wants to divorce her spouse whom she married in Benton County in April of 2004.  There are no children.  The was abuse earlier this month.  There are no joint debts or property and she has a good address on her spouse.  There are no children of this marriage. (I am interested)

  • Case No:  07E-101058051 - Carroll County - Client received a charges for a credit card he never had applied for. He filed a complaint with Eureka Springs P.D.  The Plaintiff, CACH, LLC assignee of Household Bank has been unable to furnish anything with the client's signature or anything that shows he requested the extension of credit.  The client has answered the complaint stating that this is a case of identity theft and the case should be dismissed. (I am interested)

  • Case No: 7E-103058376 - Crittenden County - Client seeks divorce from abusive husband .   Two children of marriage, ages 1 1/2 and 6 months .  Separated in April, 2007.  Last incident of physical abuse was May 21, 2007.  He was arrested for domestic abuse and was put on probation in May, 2007.  She opened child support case which is still pending.  He is not interested in visitation.  Client states he will not contest divorce.  Client wants primary custody of children. (I am interested)

  • Case No: 07E-3049022 - Faulkner County - Wills & Estates - Client needs to probate her mother’s estate.  Client has paid the taxes on the property since her mother’s death and wishes to remain in her mother’s house.  Client has one brother who is mentally incapacitated.  Client is her brother’s guardian. (I am interested)

  • Case No: 07E-10505712 - Lee County -  Elderly client that may be the victim of identity theft.  She was told by Westbury Ventures, located in Dover, Delaware, that she had certain charges that she did not make.  She has a credit card with a $500 limit, but she thinks someone got another card with her name on it.  Cash advances and other purchases were made on the card.  She is not sure how this happened. (I am interested)

  • Case No: 07E103058100 - Madison County – Client and his wife want to file Chapter 7 Bankruptcy.  He was sued by Razorback Medical Center and his wages are currently being garnished.  Most of the debts are very old.  He owes $11,000 for a car that was repossessed  and he owes the government for an overpayment  by the Navy.  His total debt is approximately $51,000.  They have three children. He has never filed bankruptcy before. (I am interested)

  • Case No: 07E-103058622 – Madison County - Client is having trouble obtaining a birth certificate for her child.  The child was born at home without the assistance of a physician and the client sought no prenatal care.  The Department of Vital Records is demanding a court order to obtain a birth certificate.  There were no witnesses to the birth except her and her husband and their two children.  The child was born in January of this year. (I am interested)

  • Case No: 07E-10305649 - Mississippi County - Client currently has legal guardianship over her grandson, age 4 1/2.  Both of the parents parental rights are terminated. The grandmother is now having health problems and can no longer care for her grandson.  She wants to transfer the guardianship of the child to her son and his wife. (I am interested)

  • Case No: 07E-3047896 - Pulaski County - Contracts
    Client is seeking the return of the money she paid a contractor for repair work on her roof.  Since the repair, the roof continues to leak.  The contractor has returned twice and charged the client for repairs that have not stopped the leaks. (I am interested)

  • Case No: 07E-3048494 - Pulaski County - Contracts
    Client is seeking representation in a breach of contract suit that she filed against a car dealership.  Client was sold a “demonstrator” vehicle, but found out that the vehicle was a demonstrator after it had been returned as a used car.  Client incurred high costs for undisclosed problems and eventually lost her job due to her inability to travel.  The hearing date is set for April 21, 2008, at 1:30pm.  This is possibly a fee generating case. (I am interested)

  • Case No: 07E-3048141 - Pulaski County - Custody
    Client was served with petition for custody on September 27, 2007.  Client filed a timely pro se answer.  The petition alleges that client is unstable, which client denies.  The father of the children refused to return the children after his visitation period. (I am interested)

  • Case No: 07E-3048312 - Pulaski County - Collections
    Client received a Writ of Garnishment for a debt collection.  Client claims that the debt accrued should have been covered by Medicaid.  She was under the coverage of ARKids First and private insurance at the time that service was rendered. (I am interested)

  • Case No: 07E-3048462 - Pulaski County - Collections
    Client received a summons for collection of a debt that is for services rendered for his wife.  Client said that his wife was covered by Medicare at the time services were rendered. (I am interested)

  • Case No: 07E-3049182 - Pulaski County - Guardianship
    Client is seeking guardianship of her minor brother.  Client’s brother has no living parents and has been living with a relative that has physically abused him.  Client obtained an Order of Protection for her brother against the relative. (I am interested)

  • Case No: 07E-3046562 - Pulaski County - Divorce
    Client is seeking a divorce from abusive spouse.  Client and spouse have three children.  There is no personalty or realty between client and her spouse. (I am interested)

  • Case No: 07E-3049093 - Pulaski County - Divorce
    Client is seeking a divorce from an abusive spouse.  Client and spouse have two children.  There is no personalty or realty between client and her spouse. (I am interested)

  • Case No: 07E-3048867 - Pulaski County - Divorce
    Client is seeking divorce from abusive husband.  Client and husband have one child.  There is no realty, personalty or debts to divide. (I am interested)

  • Case No: 07E-3049151 - Pulaski County - Professional License Reinstatement- Client is seeking to get her license reinstated.  She worked as a CNA at a nursing home and was terminated.  Client was terminated for an injury that a patient sustained.  Client said that the patient was not in her care when injured.  Client has a telephone hearing on February 5, 2008. (I am interested)

  • Case No: 07E-3049147 - Pulaski County - Divorce
    Client is seeking divorce from abusive husband.  Client and spouse have one child.  There is no personalty or realty to divide. (I am interested)

  • Case No: 07E-3049432 - Pulaski County - Wills & Estates
    Client is seeking to quiet title to her late mother’s property.  The property was worth $4,500.00 when there was a house on it, but the house has been since torn down.  Client says her siblings agree to quit claim their interest in the property to her. (I am interested)

  • Case No: 07E-3049247 - Pulaski County - Divorce
    Client seeking a divorce from husband.  Client and husband have no children, no personalty or realty. (I am interested)

  • Case No: 07E-10305844 - Randolph County - Client wants divorce from husband whom she married in May of this year in Randolph County.  There is one young child of the marriage. Her parents have had guardianship over him since 2006.  There is a history of physical abuse with the last incident on 11-24-07 when he choked her and fractured her ribs.  There are no joint debts or property together. The client is uncertain if the husband will contest the divorce. (I am interested)
